Kilkenny Tremblay took her first yoga class 28 years ago and has been
studying yogic philosophy for the last 23 years. Though asana practice
had always been one of her practices, it was not until she recovered
from an extreme injury that she began studying, practicing and teaching
Yoga with focused passion. She has since been teaching at various yoga
studios in New York, Philadelphia, Asheville and most recently in
Atlanta. In her spirited and poetic classes, Kilkenny aspires to help
her students step into the courage of their hearts through their asana
practice. Her in-depth alignment and creative sequencing coupled with
her deep devotion and enthusiasm for the practice, energize her classes
making them fun, expansive and inspiring. Kilkenny’s warmth
immediately puts students at ease creating a supportive atmosphere. She
is currently an Anusara-inspired Teacher and is working towards her
Anusara certification.
When she is not teaching yoga, she is enjoying life with her
yoga-loving husband, inspiring 4 year old, newborn and beloved dogs.
She is deeply grateful to all of her teachers who have shown her the
way both on and off the mat. Kilkenny is certified as an E-RYT through Yoga Alliance. |

John began practicing Ashtanga Yoga in 1998 and has been teaching since
2001. After years of competitive sports training, John was drawn to the
healing and transformative powers of Ashtanga Yoga. He has found the
practice of yoga to be an excellent means of building physicial
strength and conditioning, but it has been the "moving meditation"
aspects of Ashtanga, the "invisible" yoga, that have kept his practice
continuous. John has studied under many gifted teachers, including
Adele Gale, Bryan Kest, David Swenson, Rodney Yee, Sri K. Pattabhi
Jois, and continues to be influenced by the wisdom, philosophy and
training of David Williams and Ranjani Cobo. |
